Chocolate Whiskey Cream

Today a recipe fast with Thermomix and taken from the cookbook drinks, cocktails and liqueurs.

If you don't have the thermomix fairies as well by hand.
The liquor is very good and I have also given some special friend for Xmas.

Ingredients

50 gr of fine chocolate allowed
3 egg yolks (from fresh eggs)
300 gr of sugar
500 gr of fresh whole milk
the tip of a teaspoon of vanilla Bourbon
125 g of ethyl alcohol for liquors (95°)
50 gr of Whiskey

Chop the chocolate 10 sec.
Combine egg yolks, sugar and milk and cook 8 minutes. 90° 
Leave to cool completely in the mouth.
Join now the vanilla, whiskey and alcohol mixing 30 sec. 
Bottle and store in refrigerator.
